My handheld or tablet is broken. What do I do?
If you are on either Premium Assist or Basic Assist support plans, you can rent a loan device from our Loan Device Library. All rentals incure a set monthly rental fee, setup fee and freight and handling costs. To arrange this, please call us on +61 (0) 3 9548 9114.
If you supplied your own device, you will need to contact the supplier for warranty and/or repair details. If you're on Mobileezy Sole Trader, Small Business or Small Business with Stock, reloading the sofware on your replacement device is simple.
