mobileezy handheld software operates on PocketPC and Palm OS handheld computers (PDAs) to provide comprehensive pricing, stock, order, time billing, delivery and invoicing functionality - instantly, anywhere. You can even capture customer signatures for delivery confirmations, order confirmations and quote acceptances. It’s the perfect solution for anyone doing business on the road.

With the addition of a compatible printer - you can print quotes, orders, invoices and signed delivery dockets right there in front of your customers. Invoice quicker, and get paid quicker than ever before.

All transactions created on the handheld device are automatically updated and stored in the mobileezy administrative desktop application whenever you synchronise your handheld.

mobileezy administrative desktop application enables multiple handheld users to back-up, share and synchronise their data onto a single desktop or laptop computer through ActiveSync or Hotsync (easily done with a click of a button by cable, over the phone, the internet, wirelessly or by Bluetooth!).

The desktop application acts as a library, storing records (including customer signatures) of all data from multiple handheld devices, making it a breeze to source old transactions (perfect for credit claim checks) and to review and print comprehensive reports (eg. sales, cash receipt, customer or end of financial year records).

It also provides a simple interface to easily update or add new customers, products, and services - all handhelds are automatically updated with the new customer, product or service information when they are synchronised (no manual replication required!).

mobileezy Business desktop is truly standalone - you don't need additional third party software to use mobileezy, to create and store transactions, or to synchronise data between the administrative application and multiple handhelds - you can use it out of the box without connecting it to your accounting package.
