mobileezy handheld software allows your mobile sales force, service technicians, tradespeople, charity staff and drivers to provide comprehensive pricing, stock, order, time billing, delivery, customer signature and invoicing functionality on the spot - instantly, anywhere - using a simple point and click interface. With the addition of a compatible printer - you can even print quotes, orders, invoices and signed delivery dockets right there in front of your customers. Invoice quicker, and get paid quicker than ever before.
All transactions created on the handheld device are automatically updated and stored in the mobileezy administrative desktop application whenever you synchronise your handheld. And conversely, any changes or additions to customer records, pricing and inventory made at head office are automatically updated on the handheld devices whenever they are synchronised, ensuring your mobile staff are always up to date!
mobileezy Business Plus has the ability to create new customers on handhelds, and can handle both cash sales and account sales. It also features the ability to review accounts receivable information on individual customers - highlighting payment issues before additional sales or services are fulfilled and helping mitigate bad debts. This function can be disabled if preferred in the desktop administrative application.
Addtional functionailty includes the ability to process credits, use multiple pricing levels and capture customer signatures for quote acceptances, order confirmations and deliveries.

The included desktop application acts as both a library and a bridge between multiple handheld devices and your existing accounting package. When handhelds are synchronised (easily done with a click of a button via cable, over the phone, the internet, wirelessly or by Bluetooth) all transactions are transferred from the handheld devices to the desktop application, and any customer, pricing and inventory changes made by head office are updated back onto the handhelds.
The transactional data from multiple handhelds can then be reviewed and updated directly into your accounting software with a click of a button. All sales, quote, order, delivery, payment and inventory details are updated in seconds - saving you hours in data entry.
