Starting at less than a $1 a day¹, the mobileezy Cover annual support plan offers:

free unlimited priority telephone support for mobileezy software; and
ensures ongoing connectivity to your accounting software even after your accounting software upgrades.

Customer Support

If issues arise with Profitlink handheld software, you simply call our dedicated extended support team on 03 8786 7774 and speak to a customer service representative and get the help you need.

Software Support

When you receive accounting software upgrades from your software vendor, enquire with Profitlink as to current compatibility between your mobileezy software and the accounting application. It is important that you do not attempt to update your accounting system prior to confirming compatibility.

Profitlink will undertake stringent internal tests in order to endorse the accounting software upgrade or advise you that compatibility issues exits between the two products. If compatibility issues exist, Profitlink will undertake relevant enhancements to the Profitlink handheld software in order to assure compatibility. We will then provide you with a software update together with instructions to make the upgrade run smoothly.
