mobileezy Cover
1. General Policies.
Profitlink reserves the right to limit each telephone call to half an hour and to limit each call to one incident, which is defined as a single support issue or question. Profitlink may also limit or terminate support service to a customer who uses the service in an irregular, excessive, abusive or fraudulent manner. Terms, conditions, support features, procedures, pricing and support availability are subject to change at any time without notice. mobileezy Cover benefits only apply to the mobileezy product for which the mobileezy Cover subscription is held.
2. Service Availability.
Support is limited to 12 months from the date of subscription to mobileezy Cover. Service availability is between the hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm EST however this may occasionally deviate from stated hours due to downtime for systems and server maintenance and observed Australian public holidays.
3. Support Topics.
Inquiries are to be for the following mobileezy product areas: installation, upgrade assistance, basic usability and basic functionality. Profitlink does not claim to resolve connectivity issues caused by third-party services, service providers, hardware or software, or networking problems other than those third party applications involved in the mobileezy Datalink application. mobileezy Cover phone support does not cover inquiries on general hardware matters or accounting issues, nor does it include application consulting or training.
4. Free Software Upgrades.
mobileezy Cover entitles subscribers to upgrades without charge if such upgrades become available during the term of your subscription for the purpose of retaining connectivity with mobileezy Datalink third party applications. Profitlink does not warrant that there will be any upgrades to the mobileezy software during the mobileezy Cover subscription term. Occasionally, software updates may be available free of charge.
